Cathy Souza is a young enthusiastic woman, with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Montclair State University. Upon graduation, she pursued a career in luxury retail. There she was able to fine tune and develop her excellent skills in customer service. Cathy and her husband currently operate a Tile Company with a focus on the remodeling of homes. With her strong interpersonal skills and in depth knowledge of current housing development, she is embarking on a career in real estate.
